New Tampa Communities without a CDD

Do you want to live in New Tampa without paying high HOA fees or CDD fees?  These are the communities you’ll want to look in:

Pebble Creek:  The homes are a little older in Pebble Creek, but the HOA’s are low and there is no CDD.  The HOA ranges from about $400 to $550 per year.

CROSS CREEK:  Kingshyre, Meadowcreek, Meadow Wood, Pinhurst, and Covington Estates are all excellent choices and the HOA’s run about $400-$800 depending on the size of the home and the community.

HUNTER’S GREEN:  Hunter’s Green does not have a CDD, but it does have a substantial HOA fee.  This varies from village to village within the community and runs between $1200 – $3700/year.  You do get two gated and guarded entrances and beautiful landscaping though.

TAMPA PALMS:  Some parts of Tampa Palms have a CDD and some sections don’t.  The CDD fees are pretty reasonable though and the villages that don’t have a CDD have an HOA that makes up for it.  The fees in Tampa Palms range anywhere from about $1,000 to $6500.
