Lutz/Land O Lakes

Lutz and Land O Lakes are located on the northern edge of Tampa.  There are fewer subdivisions in this area so it’s a great place to look for real estate if you are opposed to deed restrictions.  Lutz has excellent schools and has a country feel while still being convenient to downtown, shopping malls, and the airport.  Lutz has many beautiful areas with large oak trees and mature landscaping.

One of my favorite luxury communities in Lutz is Ladera.  This subdivision was started right when real estate started to plummet, but I think it has the elements necessary to be outstanding when the demand for homes renews.  The location of Ladera is fantastic.  The community is within 30 minutes of the Tampa International Airport, The International Plaza mall, several private schools, churches, and tons of restaurants, yet it is tucked away.  There are many lots available, but the homes that have been built so far are absolutely astounding.  I made a silly video when I was out there the other day.  It was my first attempt at using a camcorder so please don’t be TOO critical.
