Hunter's Green master planned golf community in New Tampa

Hunter’s Green is a gated New Tampa community with two 24 hour guarded entrances.  There are condos, villas, homes and mansions.  There are several gated communities within the already guarded gated entrances.  These are Heritage Oaks, Pinnacle, Magnolia Chase, Osprey Pointe, Nathans Court, and Deer Creek.  The community is centered around a very nice golf course and Hunter’s Green has a members only country club that can be joined on several levels, but is by invitation only.

There are two community parks, tennis courts, and a large bike/jogging path.  The larger park has a covered picnic area that can be reserved for private parties.  The Hunter’s Green community is zoned for Hunter’s Green Elementary, an A rated blue ribbon school, Benito Middle School, and Wharton High School.

There is no CDD in Hunter’s Green and there are two HOA fees, one for Hunter’s Green and one for each individual village within the master planned community.  The fees are calculated based on the square footage of the home.

Since 1991, Hunter’s Green has set a standard of excellence in New Tampa. Hunter’s Green has 1500 homes set within 1,400 acres and 34 lakes. Careful planning and artful integration of nature, amenities and homes prompted the Southeast National Association of Home Builders to recognize Hunter’s Green as the “Top Master-Planned Community”.

Home prices range from below $100,000 to well over $1,000,000. Beyond the stately gated entrance a private, lush world greets you. The community takes pride in social events, shimmering lakes, fountains, beautiful parks and nature preserves.

The Hunter’s Green Country Club offers additional amenities including a celebrated golf course, an elegant clubhouse, formal dining, meeting rooms and a pro-shop. The casual “Hunter’s Grill” has informal fare. The lakeside “Tennis, Athletic and Swim Center” features 17 Har-Tru tennis courts, a junior Olympic-sized heated pool, heated spa, top-notch fitness facilities, volleyball, basketball, four-wall racquetball, a supervised children’s playroom and the causal “Courtside Cafe.”
