Live Oak Preserve
Live Oak Preserve is a 1,300-acre community featuring 1,600 homesites consisting of townhomes, single-family homes and estate-size homes arranged in 16 neighborhood villages. Each village is uniquely designed to complement the natural surrounding of the area. Recreational activities include village parks, walking and biking trails, tennis and basketball courts and ball fields.
All residents will have access to a clubhouse with a resort-style swimming pool in the center of the community. A 15-acre county brand new elementary school and middle school were just constructed in 2006.
