Temple Terrace/USF

If you will be working at USF or going to school there, Temple Terrace is an excellent choice.  Real estate in Temple Terrace is affordable and the neighborhoods are well established.  There are inexpensive condos as well as million dollar estates along the Hillsborough river, and everything inbetween.  Temple Terrace is convenient to the University Square Mall and there are many restaurants, both independent and large chains.  I-75 is to the East and I-275 is to the West so travel is convenient.
